FYI:
I am NOT asking if the electric company will pay MY bills for me.

I am asking if they have any charges for electricity that THEY use.

If so, then who do they pay it to? Themselves?

I guess it is all probably done internally...

I would assume that they would have to pay for the electricity that is used in their offices, nothing is free even for the bill collecters.

Yes, electric companies do pay electric bills. Electric companies provide the electricity and there are laws on them requiring them to pay and not benefit from it by not having to pay.

Not as far as I know. There are plenty of places that help you pay. Check with your local church's, local public assistance groups
