AKA the fear of the number 666?
That last part is -kontahexaphobia. It cut it off when I previewed it.

Nope. Kind of irrational to suffer from a fear like that. Want an example? There was a theater chain which sold matinee seats to "Passion of the Christ" for six dollars, and because the sales tax rate was 6.6%, the tickets ended up being $6.66. Christians going to see the movie threw a fit because that price was sacrilegious and against God.
Imagine! Random bit of taxation and suddenly Christ is in the hands of the Devil!
THE HORROR OF IT ALL!!!
I suppose it would be too much to hope that God had enough on the ball to be able to get around little bits of happenstance like that... but I will go on believing that he's capable of it.
The theater, of course, simply got around it by tacking another penny onto the price. No one seemed to have a problem paying $6.67 for the ticket.
So, no, I have no fear of that number. Until it's attached to a man who takes over the world and starts executing everyone, it's just the number that comes after 665.

A lot of people believe that 666 is the mark of the beast which in fact is, but I do not fear it. People say it is the mark of the anti-Christ. We all have anti-Christ natures in us. When we hate someone or when we do things that is against Christ we are exhibiting the nature of the beast. So why fear what is in us?
We need get rid of these characteristics in us,and that can only happen when we go before God on a daily basis and ask that He work in our lives.

NO way. I hate that people are such spazes over that freakin' number. WAKE UP PEOPLE!!! It's just a number. It doesn't mean a thing. See how nothing bad happened on 6/6/06? Stop watching so many movies (The omen) that give you these sort of stupid impressions.

I do not, but for the people who do, consider this....
it has nothing do to with a date! in the book of revelations it is very clear that the number of the beast is "six hundred and sixty six", the number that comes after 665. it is one number, not three separate numbers that have nothing to do with each other (ie: month, day, year)
