Even though both of parents are deceased: I am proud to say my Dad was a truck driver and my Mom was a caretaker for an elderly woman.
I will also add, I learned alot from both of them, but I learned alot about truck drivers growing up. I respect all truck drivers who are on the road. So, if you see a little woman chasing you down the highway because you cut in front of a truck, it will be me teaching you a lesson. I have really bad road rage when it comes to treating truck drivers wrong. I learned to take care of them by listening to my Mom.

My mother has been on disability since 1998 I believe due to arthiritis and other ailments...but my father works for the city in which I live (doing things such as plowing snow, sweeping the streets, replacing signs, etc.). But he also owns his own painting business on the side.

My mom was a juvenile court probation officer, and then a social worker on the psycho ward at the county hospital. Boy did she come home with stories!

My mother worked for Holiday Inn until she had kids and has been a stay-at-home mom ever since.

My Dad is a manager of a company that makes medicine for cancer and my step mom is a sales rep for Coppertone.
