I've been a very happy bachelor for 46 years and still cannot fathom why people get married. It's one thing to ACTUALLY love someone enough and to have children, but I need more reasons than that because love isn't the same for everyone and I know some marriages are pre-arranged, while some are for money, property, and/or prestige all of which turn me off. I'm glad I listened.
