My birthday IS February 29th. (1964). So I have had 10 real birthdays, next one is in 2008.
I celebrate on February 28th on non - leap years. (because I was born in February.

Technically you would celebrate it on March 1st. Because if February 29th doesn't exist then the next day after February 28th would be March 1st. If you picked February 28th to celebrate your birthday you would be celebrating one day early! If it were up to me I would celebrate it on both days though!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did heard once or twice that ppl who were born on the 29th of february only celebrate their birthdays every 4 years. Most ppl I know that were born the the 29th celebrate there birthday on the 1st of March.

I'd say it would depend on what time you were born. Closer to one day or to the other. That would be my choice. Hope that helps you.
