I have many 100% cotton t-shirts. Often times, these t-shirts are very stiff and can be uncomfortable to wear. However, I also have cotton tshirts that are very soft, flexible, and comfortable. It's weird cause they are all 100% cotton. I want to make the stiff t-shirts feel like the other ones. HELP if you can.

When you wash your clothes use fabric softener. You put it in at the last rinse cycle, or use those plastic ball-things they make for that. But don't exceed the recommended amount, because to much can make jeans lose their stiffness over time.

washing a lot in hot water can help.

There may be sizing (some chemical) on the stiff shirts - that will eventually wash off. Not all cotton fibers feel the same - i think it has to do with whether it is a long cotton fiber or a short cotton fiber.
