So, i have no clue whether I'm preg or not. The last time I had sex was about a month ago, my period should be coming in a few days.. but I'm nauseated all the time and I feel like I'm getting fatter. BUT. I just had a ton of finals, so i don't know if its period+stress or pregnant. Also, how far in does one usually get morning sickness?

I also have been super tired lately, but I haven't been going to bed much later than usual.

sounds like stress, and you shouldn't be feeling weight gain that quickly altho you do feel huge before your period!
Good Luck!

If you think your period is due in the next 5 days you can try a First Response or EPT tomorrow AM, first pee in the morning. You should get a two pack kit tonight, that way if the first is negative, you can wait and see if you totally miss your period to try again.
You reminded me of something that happens to me early on in pregnancy, before I miss my period when you mentioned finals. I cannot stand the thought of drinking alcohol, no way no how...and usually a few days after that I miss my period and test. It's happened to me twice now. It goes hand and hand with the fatigue. Then like the day I miss my period, my boobs begin to hurt like anything, it's awful, that lasts for a long time.
Good luck kiddo, I hope it all works out okay for you.

it could very well be stress - and stress can cause you to miss or be late for your period as well. So, if possible, try to relax and see if your period comes. If it doesn't, take a test to check and see. I had really bad morning sickness when I was pregnant, but it didn't start until around week 6 or 8 or so. I hope that helps!

Morning sickness is very common. Most pregnant women have at least some nausea, and about a third have vomiting. Morning sickness usually begins during the first month of pregnancy and continues until the 14th to 16th week. Some women have nausea and vomiting through their entire pregnancy.
Morning sickness does not hurt the baby in any way. The degree of morning sickness during one pregnancy does not predict how you will feel in future pregnancies.
you need to do a e.p.t. test just to be sure ..be sure to use first morning urine..

It takes months to show any signs of being fatter.
What happened to you is that you were put under an extreme amount of stress from finals for an extended amount of time. Because you didnt have the time or the energy to care, you didnt eat the same way you did before, and a mixture of the two of them caused you to feel bad. Dont worry about it, even if you dont get it for another two weeks I'm sure that you are fine.
My room mate was going to see her boyfriend after about 3 months of not seeing him, but she was going to have her period the weekend that she was to see him. So what she did is ate at diffrent times, slept at diffrent times, and just messed up her schedule for about 2 weeks. Nothing major, even though we lived in the same room I wouldnt be albe to tell if she didnt tell me. What happened is that she ended up skipping her period for three whole months because she messed up her schedule that little bit.

You could be pregnant. Morning sickness usually last for the first three months, although it could last longer. You have alot of symptoms, so just take a test and find out for sure. Good luck!

You should take a pregnancy test, once you do and see if you are or not then do one of these. If you are: start to prepare, go to the doctor, decide what you are going to do, start saving up if you have a job, and get prepared. If you are not, then start using a condom(not being demandant), start relaxing, do something that is realaxing, like yoga, or running or excercising. It could be stress that is putting all of the worry on you.

First you should take a test. If you can't affort it go to www.plannedparenthood.com and find one by you they usually give free services. I got moring sickness 2 weeks after I was pregnant. Right when I got it I knew. Instead of driving yourself crazy just get a test. Good Luck

sounds like you're just stressing. but if you cannot stand the suspense of waiting for your period, take a pregnancy test. that should help calm your nerves (well, that depends on how you like the results) and will reduce the amount of stress you're already getting from your finals.
