Yeah well my opinion is that this is a cellphone number from someone in Montreal or the surroundings of Montreal, such as the South Shore.. I am telling you this because many cellphone numbers here start with a a 2... 514-263-5569 for example, I just made it up now! If you keep getting the call and it annoys you, just try calling it back. In you live outside of Canada make sure you dial a 1 before you dial the rest of the number! So good luck with that!!!!

If it's a landline in Montreal called Call-Net Communications, it's safe to say it's a telemarketing company and not unsafe to say it's a scam telemarketing company. Montreal is (among other better attributes) pretty much the capital of telemarketing scams. Do NOT call them. If it's serious harassment (they're calling several times an hour) you could call the RCMP.

Take everyones advice Don't Ring that number back!! Look at this way if it was that important and they genuinely wanted to or needed to speak to you that urgently they will phone you back at some point wont they? then it wont cost you anything and its problem solved. If you dont ring them back and you never hear from them again then you will know it wasnt very important! And besides how many companies ring people on a Sunday evening?? In my experience not many!!
