camel toe is referred to the imprint of a vagina when a woman wears tight clothing thus looking like the hoof of a camel. camels don't have toes they only have hooves . hopefully this will answer your question

Perhaps it would help to call the look "Camel toes", as the too-tight bottoms on a lady resemble the groove between the unique foot of that particular animal.
