I can't seem to find it on the facial feautures.

Go back to your avatar setup and use that little special STAR link on top.
Go to http://avatars.yahoo.com and then signin. You see the little star that says "special" on top of your avatar controller? Its next to the emotions like happy, sad, angry, etc. Keep the star active.

Once you make your avatar...there's a star on the top where the emotions are. They call it "Special". Depending on what face your avatar has...it might wink...and it might do something else.
