The real question is do the celebs really write the question or is it more like one of there assistants???

I'm in the pessimistic camp and personally believe that they just asked to use his name. Then, Yahoo takes care of making the profile, asking the question, and picking *a* good answer after reading through a few. I seriously doubt they read through all 8000+ answers before picking a pretty solid answer in MnG's answer for the first one. Her answer was good and pretty exemplary, so it served the purpose.
Of course, I could be wrong, but there's no real incentive for the given celebrity to actually participate and read through everything, if they even came up with the question. They have better things to do than humor a relatively small target audience when the Yahoo Team is probably willing to do most of the work.

I bet not every one but probably a team or assistant reads them and picks a few they like, then they let Mr. Trump pick the best one out of those.
