I received serval answers about wilting flowers, but this is not what I am asking abour. fyi my hair does not curl

It could be a nutritional problem, maybe Jackson and Perkin's roses has a web site that will describe what you see.
ON the other hand, insects are my specialty, I think you might have a tiny insect called thrips. It is notorious for curling leaves and petals. It is so small it is hard to see. Take a piece of white paper and hold it under the flower, knock the flower with a little force into the white paper. If you see tiny bugs scurring that are not even as big as 1/2 of a blond eyelash...That is thrips.
If that is the case then when they are in the blossom systemics do not work any more this season. So go to a garden center or an Agway and find a contact kill and be diligent every few days and after rain. to respray. Next year (early )apply a systemic to the ground around the rose (early. ) Bayer makes a really good Rose and Shrub systemic!
