Because people will ALWAYS have prejudice (you have them - we all do)
Some have prejudice based on skin color, some religion, some nationality, some gender.
Prejudice is simply a human condition.

All people do not have prejudice, especially when it comes to something as trivial as skin color. But we do have biases. But why is it other's people business (especially strangers) of who you date. I think that people need to get them some business and then they won't be in other people's so much.

It is not the fact that they cannot get past skin color, it is the fact that it is easier to be a racist than to be a human.
But it is your choice to date interracially. I had a Vietnamese girlfriend, I am as white as they come.
She could not tell her family about me. I had no problems.
Ultimately, it became a problem and we split.
Find someone who is as comfortable as you are with it and you will be ok.

you are not going to like what i have to say.. when i date an ebony lady for 3 years ,, and she was sweet ,nice and beautiful the only people we got static from were black people, especially the sisters,, in the those 3 years no one else even said a word about it,,if you like to talk more about it let me know

people still today think of keeping evrything clean like there history and future history so some people are not always open to the idea.people think its wrong and it just takes us back to what used to be and how different its changed but again how its not gone away.it takes people like me to not be afraid of peoples comments and what they think. but this is just one opinion.
