I used to smoke camel menthol lights. I started out with Camel Turkish Gold, then went to Camel lights, and on to Camel Menthol lights. I quit smoking over 2 months ago, and couldn't be happier. I very rarely get cravings, and cigarette smoke actually gives me a headache! I truly doubt I will ever start again, it is such a dirty habit, and my husband doesn't smoke, so that is a major bonus! Good luck to everyone who wants to quit, I know you can do it!

Camel Wide Lights, about half a pack when I drink. They tend to last longer and plus they don't feel like a tooth pick since I have somewhat big lips. I usually don't smoke after a drinking night.

I quit 2 1/2 years ago. Before that I smoked marlboro reds. I coughed them up for about a year after I quit too, it was pretty nasty.
