Barring the repeal of the Constitution's Twenty-Second Amendment, which bars a person from serving as President for more than two terms, George W. Bush cannot run again (for President; nothing precludes him from seeking another office). I haven't heard of the law requiring you to vote, at least in the United States. But given a choice -- and for all the hoopla surrounding her, I don't think Hillary is electable, I would select the candidate who I thought could do the best job making the tough decisions.

No Bush couldn't neither party would support a constitutional ammendment allowing a third term. Secondly Hillary hasn't won Primary number one. In December of 2003 Howard Dean was going to win the nomination remember that?

In your fantasy world where Bush is allowed a 3rd term and my only choices are Bush and Hillary, I would make sure i voted for Bush if I had to die and rise from the grave to do it.

George Bush Jr. will not be allowed to run for President again as one is only allowed to be President for 2 terms (8 years total).

And there is no law saying you have to vote - it is one of our rights as American citizens to choose whether or not to vote. It's called freedom of choice and if I choose not to vote because I do not want to vote for either party the government cannot come to my house and force a pen in my hand.

Pay attention in class - you'll learns tons.

Bush and Hillary are on the same team. So it doesn't matter which of them gets elected. I would like to see any other than democians or republicrats party elected.

I would vote for him if he could. And to another person who answered he is not George Bush Jr. His dad is George Hebert Walker Bush, he is George Walker Bush.

the patriot act allowes bush to stay in office till terrorism ends if the new president does not agree with all of georges methods to combat terror or if they purpose an end to fighting bush simply needs to remind them he has the power to continue to fight the war on teror as he sees fit by any means necessary including him staying in office till the job is done.and terror is ended world wide .and i would not be laughing at this because it can theoreticaly happen under the patriot act WORST LAWS WRITTEN IN HISTORY.
