I have limited amount of money and i have to keep two young boys interested also.

Let's say that your limited abount of money is $5 each, just for arguements sake.
Take them to the dollar store, let them pick out a few activities, or games or whatever $5 buys in AV, and then plop them in front of the babysitter, AKA the TV.
You could always throw firecrackers at that would cure your boredom and they'd have to be interested in order to not get blown away by your firecrackers.
If you think firecrackers would be dangerous, or not good for the inside of your house.
You could always throw goldfish crackers at them instead.
That way they would get a healthy snack at the same time.
