A way to get out of a bad relationship is just to talk to your partner that you is with. if that person do not except that I would just call the police and get restraining order. Also I would would move out and then get an alarm on my house.

just leave and go to a shelter thats the first place to start might not be what you want to hear but at least u r not in that situation anymore...
