What is needed to be done so the car can go over 106 mph. If i take it to the drags it will exceed 106 and so i have to leave off. Please help with this problem.

You mean to tell my that your Cavalier will do 106 in the quarter mile? It must not be stock. Someday, things are going to just start flying everywhere!

It's limited by the computer settings. Basically, GM doesn't think it's save to operate that deathtrap any faster. Also, the factory tires are not up to higher speeds.

I've never seen a stock Cavalier that will hit 106 in the quarter so you really don't need an override anyway.

If you want to change it, you're going to need to get it chipped.

Most likely this is controlled by computer module, - so I would check with "speed shops" and see if there is a "chip" that will do this for you!
