Tim Conway!?!?! So funny because he could crack up the other actors around him with just a look! That was when TV was live and actors really worked for their laughs!
I love Jerry Seinfeld for observational humor, Jim Carrey's slapstick funny (even though his more recent movies have been duds), Lucille Ball for physical humor that wasn't just absurd (like Carrey), and Carol Burnett for being the best in an ensemble-she could hit the punch line or be the straight-man! Very cool.

There are so many man, but one of the funniest has gotta be Chevy Chase. Freakin' hilarious!!!
