No. That's just childish.

A man under 6-Feet is allowed, however, to include fractional inches -- < insert your own joke here>

I am 5-foot, 10 and 3/4 Inches tall. That is perfectly acceptable.

No, because it takes too long to say, it doesn't flow like when you say I'm 7 and a half, and younger kids say it because they want to be older. You are already older, and at your age you should want to be younger. Instead of saying 40 and a half, most people at 40 are trying to say that they are 37. It depends on what works for you in the end. (No offense) :)

I actually still count seconds as of right now I am aproximately
1 316 628 000 seconds old, 1 316 628 001 seconds,
1 316 628 002............ I could be way off but you get the picture.

I take comfort in the fact chances are you will die before me and I can steal the fortune you made before the dotcom crash.

It's funny that you mention this. I answered a question about my age earlier with the answer twenty-two and a half without even realizing it. I wonder when I'm supposed to stop saying that....:o)
