Would it "work" for her too? Is she trying to have a miscarriage? If so, that's not miscarriage, it's abortion. Were you guys that eager at popping pills when it came to taking birth control? Maybe you wouldn't be in this situation if you had been. Gee....
My disgust aside; please take your girlfriend to a doctor! I don't know if you've noticed or not but you don't always get the brightest people giving advise on here. Don't let her self-medicate to cause an abortion, she could possibly do harm to herself as well. After all this is over, I hope the two of you (as well as your brother & sister-in-law) take better precautions against getting pregnant in the first place. Abortion is not birth control.

Tell your girlfriend to talk to the doctor before she takes anything. Tell her to ask the doctor what to do about headaches or whatever you sister in law took the aspirin for. If the doctor can't tell her anything then, just have her be extremely carful, especially when the baby isn't that far into development. Good luck with your girlfriend and the baby.

This is one of the most confusing questions I've ever read on here. First, what is "malta"? Then, do you mean your sister-in-law was a week into her pregnancy and she took this combination on purpose to have an abortion? And are you wanting to know if your girlfriend can abort her baby, too, if she takes the same concoction? If so, I think you all need to get into family counseling or something. You all need help. Please clarify yourself and maybe you'll get some answers.

Do not try and force a miscarriage! Go to see a doctor. I know not all states allow the same rights to women, but drive somewhere if you need to, or go see a counselor.
Many women have miscarriages for reasons other than what they eat or drink--you may be seeing a spatial relationship between what was eaten and drunk, but it might not be a relationship of *cause*.

she needs to go to the Dr.!!!! Trying these home remedies could cause you to have a baby with birth defects and how would your friend or anyone else feel if this happened and everytime they looked at that innocent child they would know they caused it! There are other ways to deal with unwanted pregnancies than taking a chance on something that may not give the desired effect but could have very serious effects.

The very thought of you or the girlfriend trying to plot your own flesh and blood's death is SICKENING. Deal with the fact you knew the consequences of having sex. I don't care if birth control was or was not involved. Be the man and woman you apparently think your fit to be and treat that baby with the utmost respect and dignity. It didn't ask to be here. Your stupidity is very callus and cold. You all are very nasty human beings. And i use the term human beings very loosely.

You have written a lot and I believe you think your girlfriend is pg. The man thing to do is to go to her parents and tell them, even if they will be mad. It is their daughter and they must do what is right for her, not you. You are already in some hot water, make it right. It is selfish for you to keep this a secret so you don't look bad. Her parents must know. They are responsible for her well being. The right think is frightening but her parents want to know.
I know you are scared, but......is sucks to face some things. You will be OK.
