I am new in the field of Logistics and Supply Chain Management and want career progression in this field. Can anybody help or guide me on individual basis? I can not afford courses/programs for the time being. Nor I want to take loan of any kind.

If your not a good negotiator and not a solid out going person then dont go with supply chain management .. you need to have a really strong personality to do great in supply chain management. The work enviroment for hotel managment is less noisy, less dirty , less travel and good pay. Both are really different but if you love to stay on the road and get dirty and ugly under pressure and you have a great strong personality for negotiating on behalf of your company the go with supply chain management. But i have to say anything involving tourism is good money. hotel management is a great field to get into. The work will not be as hectic as a purchasing specialist ( supply chain manager).

since you're not willing to educate, experience will be your best bet. keep at the job and perform well and eventually you'll climb that ladder.
