There are occasional small pen marks on my fave khaki pants and shirts. They are not too big at all, but you can see them up close. How do I get it out without bleaching or ruining the color/material?

Hair spray works well, believe it or not. Just spray it, let it soak in and wipe, repeat if ya need to.

I use Lestoil for all my clothing stains. You can find it near the Pinesol cleaner. It works great; even on stains that have been set in for a while. I also heard once that hairspray takes ink out of clothing---don't know how true it is.

I have had some luck with using hairspray on ink pen spots. Unfortunately, the best hairsprays are the ones with high alcohol content which aren't as popular anymore; many of the newer kinds don't work as well. Try something like Aquanet and spray on the stain and wash as normal.

Hair spray and windew works well. Not together though! I also tried out the new Tide pen. It works great on food stains, but I have not tried it on ink stains.

i actually found that the knock-off oxy clean stuff (you can get it at walmart) works wonders! I had a shirt that was horribly stained with grease from a car's trunk... and by following the directions and letting it sit on the fabric for 10 minutes... it didn't discolor and got the stain out!

i always use a frangrance free hairspray. spray on for a few minutes, lightly rub it in the stain, trying not to spread it then wash with cold water and some detergent.

always works for me.
