I am 34 and remember a movie when i was little I dont remember how old but i remember a brief part of the movie. This guy would take women and plaster of paris them. He would say first im gonna cover your eyes, then mouth. I am sure this is a long shot but appreciate any help

It was Tourist Trap with Chuck Connors. I have seen that movie so many times. I liked it though.

hmmmm sounds like the movie house of wax. it was made with vincent price and i remember a line similar to that what yoiu wrote. he takes women and makes them into historical wax figures. check it out to make sure it is or isnt. its pretty good. and better than the paris hilton one. way more scary. hope you find it. and hope this helped.
