Because "gay" guys have sex with women all the time. Since gay guys carry AIDS, you might want to stop this behavior if it is your straight chick who is "hanging out" with them.

Well according to Guttermouth (they're a band). Its because they can pick up on chicks. They have a song called "I wish I was Queer so I could get chicks" so hence the preopposition of they do it to get women.
