Based on the behavior of some of the politicians from Texas, it wouldn't be difficult at all to believe crack is legal. But then it's TEXAS... doesn't have to be LEGAL for them to DO it.

You have to seperate the Law from Life. It can be very confusing. Prostitution is legal (though regulated) in Nevada, but crack is not, so that if you are caught smoking crack with your prostitute in Nevada you will be arrested. In Texas this is a subject best not breached, as is true in the South generally, because some people might think "crack" is some hip-hop abbreviation of "cracker". In any event the best advice is to remember: Don't mess with Texas.

How are you defining "prostitution" and "crack", since you put them in quotation marks.

Woman who marry men for money could be classified as prostitutes in some sense of the word.

Crack, in quotation marks could be construed as any other mind-altering, addictive drug.

As far as those two broad definitions of the word, I would say Texas is Okay with both!

With regards to a gun, you cann't carry on you a handgun but if you can purchase it then you can have it at your house. The o2 and 3 you can caryy on you. The handgun would come under the "unlawfully" carrying a weapon. That is a serious charge. That charge refers to a handgun, illegal knife, or a club. You can own them just not carry on you. Look upi Texas Penal code. That is were you can find it.

Prostitution as in gold digging, sure knock yourself out.

Prostitution as in selling sex for money? No, but if that 's what you want to do, we can't stop you.

Crack: As in plumbers crack? It oughta be.
As in crack in the sidewalk? Yes, but some of them oughta be too.
Crack in the wall? Yes.
Crack in the windshield, depends on if it gets in your way when driving.
Wise crack? Always
Crack cocaine: NO WAY, but again, it's your prerogative.
