i don't mind
but my mom does because she perfers to use it
what might be wrong?

i had the same prob ok its usually becuase sbc wasnt made to make software only internet and tv phone services i found it easier to uninstall it and stay with fire fox its usually becuase sbc has the worst browser scripts whcich generates too much eroors so i suggest to uninstall it and stick with fire fox IE-7 or Opera

I have that happen with my SBC Yahoo Browser. I restart the computer and then it will open. If not, the the Browser might need to be downloaded again. Remove it in Add/Remove Program and then download a new one.
All of your mothers settings, bookmarks etc will be automatically added to the new browser. All this stuff is kept on the Yahoo Server.

I think it was the isp, mine was all f'd up today.
