What are you - hygienically challenged? Change your underwear daily, and hopefully you are taking a shower daily, not weekly! If you only change you underwear once a week and you actually have a girlfriend, she must have serious sinus problems and not be able to smell anything!

Most definitely daily, changing them weekly is a HUGE turnoff. Sick . . . and don't do the thing one of the guys I know does and turn them inside out and say they're changed because that is just as gross.

I'd say DAILY. Underwear is about good hygiene. If you don't change them then you might as well not wear them at all.
