when your drunk before going to sleep take 2 aspirins, drink a ton of water and eat some carbs.
i like the game where you say "i've never (something you've never done)" and everyone who has done that takes a drink.
one that's hilarious is edward 40 hands where everyone duck tapes 2 40s to their hands and whoever finishes first wins (the funniest part is when everyone realizes they'll have to use the bathroom before the 2nd 40 is done and is trying to figure out how they'll manage that with a 40 duck taped to each hand.
it depends on what stained what, hydrogen peroxide for some things, lemon for some, baking soda, vinegar for others (make sure its not balsamic :)), and a lot of the time plain old detergent is fine. usually the sooner you get it off and wash it the better.
one random thing that generally just makes life easier is washing dishes as you cook instead of waiting until you've already eaten.

Hangover recovery--drink loads of water, get some sugar in your system. The sugar helps your liver metabolize the alcohol and the water helps you excrete the acetaldehyde that make you feel crappy. Also, caffeine increases your blood pressure which helps force more toxins through your liver and kidneys.
Drunk Games-Quarters is a classic, bounce quarters off the table into a shot glass--you miss, you drink.
Stain removal--I'm a big fan of oxi-clean, but it can fade bright colors. For a bad stain, make a paste w/ water and smear it on the stain, let sit for 2 hours, then wash as normal.

OK, what I do to make sure that I never have hangovers is while I am drinking, for every shot that I take, I drink at least 12 oz of water, which is about a normal size of a glass. What causes hangovers is dehydration, so if you drink lots of water you can avoid that situation all together. Remember, if you like martinis, you need about four glasses of water. Just because you have one drink does not mean that you had one shot. Eat a lot of carbs like bread or crackers as snacks. If you throw a party, make sure to have lots and lots of water and snacks around for people to take advantage of, and encorage them to do so. The more you eat and drink the better you will feel, even within an hour.
Drinking games can be awesome, or terrible. I have lots of fun drinking games, but I dont think you would like them. For example, my friends and I have a drinking game out of duck hunt. For every duck we miss, you need to take shot of beer (vodka would kill most of my friends) or take off something you are wearing. So, I'm not exactly the girl to go to when it comes to drinking games, unless you want to invite all of your nerdy friends over for a night of fun. Although I dont know any good drinking games, here is a website that can tell you some: http://www.barmeister.com/games.html
Remember, drinking games are as fun as you make them.
Getting stains out, I dont really know. I sugguest that you drink a small enough amount that you wont spill anything on yourself. Other than that, you can find at almost any store those wipes that will make anything come off. I dont really drink many things that would leave stains.
Some other random tips:
-No more than a few straight shots of tequilla. Lets say 10 shots of vodka will get you drunk off your ***. Take no more than 3 straight shots of tequilla in any 24 hour period. I know people who have, and they said that they wanted to die for the next few days. From what I hear, tequilla hangovers arent normal ones. They are the type that you cant move for three days.
-I cant stress enough how important it is to drink only on a full stomach.
-Know your limit. If you dont drink now, dont get waisted your first time. Try a drink or two at a time and increase your level as you feel the need to. Drinking a stupid amount when you first start is stupid and can get you extremely sick.
-The more you plan to drink, the more people should be around you. Its one thing to have a beer or two watching the game by yourself, but if you want to get drunk make sure that there are people around you at all times. I cant tell you how many people have died because they drank too much and no one was around to help them when they needed it.
-Never do straight shots without lots of water nearby. You can drink beer without water, and a drink like vodka and a lot of lemonaid without water, because they will get you messed up quick, and sick even quicker. Oh, and the 12 oz of water per shot means 12 oz of water per 80 proof shot. If you are drinking something that is 120 proof, you better drink more water. Tequilla is the only exception to this rule. It may be 80 proof, but it does not act like it. I can drink about 10 shots of vodka and be fine. After two of tequilla, I'm gone. Straight shots of that stuff is awesome because it is very tasty (if you do the salt, shot, then citrus chaser) but man will it get you drunk.
-Try diffrent drinks, but stick to one or two in a night. The more types of booze you try in a night the sicker you will get. Lets say you like vodka, tequilla, rum, and baileys. These just so happen to be my favorite too. They are all awesome drinks, and who says you cant drink a martini, then have a few rum and cokes and then a shot of tequilla? I say you cant. The more you combine hard liquor together, the more you will want to die in the morning. If you have a few vodka drinks, maybe only have one rum drink. Also avoid the drinks that have 16 diffrent types in them. The less the better.
-If you are throwing a party, dont serve straight shots. Unless its a college party and you want everyone drunk within an hour. But if its a social gathering, make sure that all drinks have mixers in them. Its better to have your friends get drunk slowly than right away. This will also decrease the number of people who get sick, have hangovers, and get taken advantage of. Some drinks are meant to be a shot, but avoid the ones like that. Some drinks are light, even though they are shots and make sure that if you do want to serve shots to only serve those. My favorite one is called a ********. It is one part Irish cream, one part butternut liquor, and one part cream all mixed in a shotglass. It is very good, and most people will not get drunk off of them. It takes at least 20 or 25 for me to even start getting drunk.
-Have music, a place to dance, some chairs and tables for people to talk at every party you throw. The more options you give people the more fun they have. I have been to parties where there is a dance floor, a bar, and then upstairs were the frat's rooms. So you could either buy beer, dance, or go upstairs and have sex. I left those parties within an hour of ariving, and never had any fun.
-If throwing a party, make people pay a fee or bring their own. If you want to offer a wide variety of drinks, it costs a lot. A hell of a lot. So if it is a big party with 20 or more people, who you know will drink a lot, charge them 5 to 10 dollars each. In my college, all good parties cost a little money because they buy quality liquor and have snacks and water all over the place. Also, if you plan on having a party, keep the basics stocked in your place. Learn to make good drinks, and dont print out something telling you how to do it and the first time you ever make it you give to someone else. Make it a few times yourself, see how you like it and perfect what they tell you. Also, at your own parties make sure that you dont get drunk off your *** to the point where you dont know whats going on.
-Always mix your own drinks. At parties, I insist that I do it myself because if I have any question over if I'm too drunk or not, making my own drink will prove it. If you dont have the ability to make it yourself, you shouldnt be drinking more anyway. Even when they put your beer in a cooler and pour it for you, I ask them if I can open it and pour it to make sure that I still have that skill.
-Most important tip of all: Never drink with someone you dont trust. Ever. So many bad things have happened to me while I drank with someone I didnt know for very long and not many people were over, and tons of bad things happened to me. People took my money before, I woke up with other things missing, a bunch of stuff like that. So if you dont trust them to stay at your house alone for an extended period of time, dont trust them to drink with you.
