You could try a stain remover, forumulated for ink, available at fabric stores. Or you could bleach them till they're white and dye them.

by throwing them out and buying new ones... permanent marker will not come out without ruining the material of the jeans

My daughter drew all over our (light beige) couch with black perm marker. I tried everything. Nail polish remover worked, you can't even tell it was ever there. But wash them imeadiatly after getting the stain out so the remover doesnt eat through the fabric.

Get this stuff called goop it is a hand cleaner for mechanics it doesn't smell to good but it takes everything out think about it it is made to take grease off hands and nails. Just rub it in really good with a old tooth brush and wash in hot water.

Stain Devils do little pots for specific stains so try them. If that doesn't work, sew a patch on or get liitle gems & stick them on - jazz 'em up & personalize them.

u could try white spirit but that mite bleach them so id go 4 binning them n buying a new pair or you could try asking your mum or someone like that because they might know
