I'm 16 yrs old and i wear a 38 C
sometimes it can be through genetics
other times its just how your hormones and how fast your going through puberty i was starting 7th grade and was nearly flat chested and i the end of the year i was already a 36 B its just how fast you go through puberty, when you get your period etc. if you haven't got your period yet that's most likely a sign that you will soon.

Who's to say what's normal? If that's what your body has decided for you, then it's normal. Some girls mature at earlier ages than others.... some end up with larger breasts than others.. some end up with more pubic hair.. some get heavy.... some get thinner... there's no 'normal' especially these days. Normal is what your body decides for you. Be happy with what your body is going through.. talk to your mum about it.. soon enough, if your girlfriends haven't 'changed' yet, they will. Just enjoy being the age you are.

No it is not honey. You need to have your family doctor see if there is something wrong. Most girls don't fully develope until they are 15 or 16. 34b are fully developed breasts

Everyone is different. Having large breasts for your age doesn't mean you'll have huge breasts when you're older. At 12, I was a D cup .... everyone is different. My niece is 11 and a B
