Aspirin can cause a whole bunch of problems in pregnancy including bleeding. This could indeed lead to miscarriage. That's why doctors tell you not to take aspirin or any other anti inflammatories. They cause the blood to clot slower than normal.

If magic potions guaranteed self abortion, there would not be the debate re abortion, abortion pills, etc. The best thing to do is to see the doctor, he is the only safe answer. Knitting needles, jumping from second stories, potions, stone age stuff.

For your Friend on her birthday, take her to a clinic to get on good birth control.

Keep asking questions, be safe!!!
