How has Yahoo Answers helped you? Has a particular answer to a question helped you in your life and if so, how? Be specific as to what your question was and how someone truly helped you. I'm just curious about who has been helped with the advice of strangers. Pretty cool concept, really.

I got a really good quote for my English paper on the American Dream. Now, if I can just find someone to answer my door question. I may finally be able to shut the door of my passat without a bungie cord.

I think this is a great site, it has really helped with some questions with animals, people are very informative and quick to help. You can check out my questions and its a great feeling to get best answer expecially when you have passed on important information which people are looking for.

I wasn't "helped" but I answered a question about a city in India and ended up having a "penpal". It is fun learning about a different culture and how other people live and earn a living.

Depends on what forum you are on. I met a really cool Chiefs fan and he has a personal site that is awesome. However I am big into politics and it seems that alot of people don't know how to debate.

I think the yahoo answers is very helpful. in my opinion this program is one of the bests in the Internet sites.

It hasn't helped me, but i answer allot of questions. I have gotten a few different emails thanking me for the advise. It made me feel good and i was glad i could help.

it doesn't really help but to get advice from other is always good it just ppl. tryin to help other maybe someone has experience something you are having trouble with and they can give you advice. sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't
