If straight people were as proud of their sexuallity as are GLBTG people then we'd be reading lots more about their lives, don't you agree? We are people that God created, accept who you are even if you are straight.
Foot note; what's wrong with people loving people? who are those who hate others, gay or straight? Who is right?

There is no cause for being Gay or Straight, is just the way people are born, or depending on your beliefs-the way God made them! Sometimes people have to have someone to treat badly, belittle, think of as less then them-to make them feel better about them self's, its SAD, they must have had the same done to them to make them feel that this is OK! I believe that if 2 people love each other and they are adults-it is their BUSINESS! In America there is to many hang-ups about where you came from, what color you are and who you love or have sex with! With all the things wrong-poverty, hunger, homelessness, etc...-get over the small stuff and do some GOOD for the world!

Your logic, as most who trumpet a movement, is flawed. "Proud" of sexuality? Why? And what about? I am heterosexual. What is there to be proud of? Not that I'm knocking it. But I don't understand your reasoning that we'd read more about us/ Where don't you read about us?

The nature of news is that it reports something different than the norm. That means homosexual behavior, which is different from the norm, is reported. It is also a flash point in that it strikes up emotional views on both sides and creates a controversy, the news' best friend. Nothing sells like sex and scandal and nothing sells better than sex scandals.

I don't hate - I have friends I love dearly who live in homosexual relationships. But I don't believe that you are born that way. There is no scientific evidence (other than a theory from Dr. Dean Hamer in 1993 that has since been refuted) that homosexuality is genetic. Therefore it must be a learned behavior. No I don't think it is a conscious choice of many, although I know several who have used bad relationships with the opposite sex to justify their choice. But I do believe that there are a number of factors that come into play - many of which may be overcome.

I am no expert, but as I said I know many who lead and have led homosexual lives. The ones who no longer do, coupled with the lack of scientific evidence that it is genetic, leads be to believe that it is learned and therefore does not qualify under the same categories as race or gender. Just remember that disagreement doesn’t mean hate. I still love all as I am commanded to do by the Lord, but I pray that you will be freed from this bondage and that all others will cease this rebellious attitude and submit to Christ.

Who's right? What if I'm white and you are black? Who's "right" then? Nobody is right or wrong. You are what you are. Some people don't like "Gay's". They thinks it's wrong and that's their God given right. However, gay people were born gay and that is all there is to it. You don't have to like everyone, you do however need to respect someone elses differences. We are NOT all the same, we don't think all the same but we can all get along. Being a homosexual is not just about sex. Just like being a heterosexual is not all about sex. Get a clue folks.

No one has the right to hate anyone, people are defensive gay people want to defend thier Gayness and Straight people alike and we create unrealistic scenarios and try to combat them with each other. I don't understand the need to classify, to me Gay people think it's so important for everyone to know thier gay but in the same breath it's not that important and they are no differnet then anyone else, well stop putting it on Blast that you are gay. Don't come out just do what you do who cares if we know or not. They are stuck on this who coming out idea. I don't need your sexual orientation, I'd rather know you and say he or she is cool off your personality not who gets you off.
