Why don't you write a book or start a Club with a newsletter? You could start a website too. If you decide to write a book, send one to Oprah....Can you imagine the publicity that you would receive if she acknowledges your book! One main reason for credentials in this field is that you may overlook an existing medical situation that an individual may or may NOT have shared with you. You don't want to be sued...do you?...Just think about how you would feel if someone's death came out of your caring.
Also you could go to your local Community College & have a Seminar introducing your ideas to those who willing registered to hear YOUR HEARTFELT knowledge. Last thought..... write an E-book & sell it on eBay...

Check your local ROP or community colleges and look for a food handling class that will lead you to get a Food Handlers' Permit. you can get into a catering business or maybe open up a restaurant or cafe.
You can also try publishing your work. but like what alot of the other folks say, you most likely will need some sort of education or professional accreditation to be credible.
good luck.

You could become a "nutritional coach". Life coaching seems to be big these days, and most of it seems built on what you can generate--as in, you probably don't need a degree, just a good marketing strategy. Maybe do a blog, drive people to the blog and if people like what they see they can contact you for individualized plans for a fee.

You could certainly do it. Start by advertising your skills and talent in your local newspaper. Also, print calling cards and distribute freely. You'd be amazed how many people need catering services or need consulting services. If it's your line of work and you would love it, the probability that you'll succeed is extremely high. Good luck.

I would recommend that you take classes to back up your existing knowledge and do some research into how much people will spend on getting dietary advise and what qualifications they look for.
(I know that I would not pay for dietary advise from someone without, at the very minimum, a food sciences degree.)

Place messages on internet boards. They are ususally free. Try and ad in your local newspaper as well as fliers. Maybe even try creating your own webpage and using it as a reference to any ads, so people can check you out before actually calling you. And Good Luck!

Why would anyone care about that? Why don't you learn to make food people enjoy. Then you could start a restaurant and make lots of people happy.

I would not pay for the service from someone who was not a nutritionist.
