Its been said (And I personally agree) that brown eyed girls are the luckiest of all the eye colors for makeup. We can basically wear any color of makeup. Personally I like to wear copper colors for eyeshadow. They really make my eyes pop! I also like blue, silver, pink, green, and a shiny iridescent color. For eye liner I usually wear black, but will mix it up with purple or navy. Just play around with some colors or go to Google and type in online beauty consultant. They'll help you find you colors for free. Just remember you are lucky to have such a wide variety of colors possible.

Try brown liner - a dark chocolate shade. Green shadow compliments brown eyes. Also try a burgundy shade. That will also make 'em pop. Brown eyes also look good with a light sand shimmer shade. Its also hot for summer. Brighten them up. To change things up a bit - try using green liner with cream, beige, or light brown shadows. Looks awesome..... You'll just have to find your favorite of them.

it's not just your eye color that will help determine what will enhance your eyes or your other facial features. Your skin tone will also help. I have brown eyes and used to use a reddish brown or sort of a rust colored eyeshadow. I have also used petal pink with dark plum and very dark brown to accent the eyes.

You are lucky that you have brown eyes because they go with any shade of eyeshadow. The only color that you may find a bit off is blue. Other than that, you should look good in all other colors. Go to a MAC counter and they can set you up.
Also, in response to our friend Amber in above, who said: "God says thou shalt not cover thyself with makeup or jewelry. Read the bible, why don`t ya????? ," I suggest the following: God says thou shalt not butt into others' business, why don`t ya?????"

Well, it depends on your skin color. Being Asian, I wear purple, it just blends with the skin so well. Personally, I don't like using blue... it just looks.. so.. I'm not sure. Try natural shades.. like browns. If you're still not sure, you can go to the mall and go to a department store where they do make overs. They'll do your makeup for you, and then you can buy what they use. They know what looks good for your skin ;]

Almay makes shadows, liners and macaras color-coordinated to eye color.........I love them. I have dark brown eyes, and I use them..and they are hypo-allergenic and safe for contacts. They even have instructions for applying for best results...You can find them at any Wal-Mart or Target, and they are not expensive.
They are idiot-proof!!!
