I'm sorry. A reservoir in a public drinking supply. This sounds most unsanitary indeed. Madam...I suggest you cease having relations with men of equine stature until you locate the necessary "item" you wish to put to the test.
I would suggest Rayethon, makers of fiberglass disc brakes and other items as well as the B. F. Goodrich Company. Granted they may not have "extra large capacity reservoir tips" but they can do something about the hydroplaning.

Trojan makes a large tip brand. Trojan is probably the most reliable brand that you can buy. Make sure that your partner is not allergic to Lamb skin since thats what the condoms are made of.

Haven't heard or seen such a thing....jut hit up the local drugstore and look for some. I'm pretty sure though that condoms all have the same size tip.
