Chicks have very little talent as compared to a male, so they have to learn how to sing PLUS be a hottie to get half of what a guy gets. Sorry, thats just the way it is. Also if you think about it, girls are generally the target market since they like to shop. So males are more prone to be promoted as "rock stars" instead of females.
