death can be dreadfull if you are not ready to go yet, if you fill that you have not accomplished all that you have set your mind to do or believe you must do. I think that the flesh is weak and even when sometimes you may fieel as if dying is the only answer to end pain at that parting moment when you are at the point of no return, it must be dreadful.

Life is beautiful, no matter what, there is always an answer to every problem. However, death is the end. there is no answer on how to avoid it once it knocks at you door or if you open the door and ask her to come get you.

live life as if it was the last second you are given, try to make the best of it for you and those who love you.

Each and everything has a flip side to it. The same is with death. You come into the world and you have to go from it too. You cannot live forever. Life is a series of experiences that your soul learns. Death is the graduation day of all the learning assimilated during the life time. It is noting to dread it is a celebration of the culmination of the learning process and of new beginning.
To end it all .... why fear something that is inevitable ... accept it and the dread and fear disappears.

I think dieing can be. I mean if you die in some horrible, painful way, then of course that's dreadful.

But death itself, no. Death is a part of life. It's inevitable. We're all going to die. It's a very western trait to be afraid of death. A lot of Eastern cultures have a much more encompassing view of death. The best we can hope for is a peaceful death.

Death is an attractive man who makes women suffer and love suffering at the same time. Women are built for the hard stuff only men find him dreadful.

Absolutely not.
Death is one of two things only....(in my opinion of course)
ONE: When you die you are dead and thats the end. In this case you feel no pain, have no thoughts you are just gone.
TWO: You enter some form of after life in which things will be either the same as here or BETTER. There can be no HELL. Why? Because for a person to "burn in hell" for ETERNITY would not be just. How can a person who committed "bad" acts during this lifetime be subjected to torture FOREVER. This lifetime lasts at most 70 to 100 years....How does FOREVER pay back for 70 years? It doesn't . It would be unjust. If you did "bad" things here at most for say 20 years of your life ...then a just punishment would be 20 years of torture....NOT ETERNITY...THerefore there is no hell.
Rest in Peace.

I don't think so...

My parents always warn me to be careful when I cross the road... or warn me other stuff. And I always reply, "sooner or later I'm gonna die. What's the big difference between I'm dying now or later. The result is still DIE." I'm don't think death is dreadful at all... It's one of the things I worry least about. On the other hand, I'm scared of spiders and many other insects... =P

No, its not. Its a way of life. Everything has to die eventually. Imagine the world if nothing died. Sure we would have proof of things concerning religion and science, but dinosaurs? Cave men? GIANT INSECTS?? that would be terrible! And death isn't the end, tis a new beginning!

Well according to the bible, to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. If you are a christian, death isn't to be feared because you will go to heaven for all eternity and see Jesus face to face.

I believe death will be according to life. If I am coherent in my life .. that is - I do as I feel and think - death will be a triumph of the spirit.
