not normal but not unusual. Studys have shown that girls are increasing to full develpmental stages at a much earlier age. So while most girls are still wearing training bras they don't really need, some, like your friend, look like they are 20. While, this might mean ridicule for her now and back problems later in life, there is nothing she can do about it till her early twenty's. For her sake, I hope she doesnt get any bigger.. breasts that big are alot of wieght to carry around....

Depends on her body type! My sister (damm her) was a 34 C by the age of 14 and she had a medium frame. I on the other hand was as flat as an iron board until...today! :)
But seriously...tripple D sounds very big, unless she is a big girl. D is the actual cup size, so though it has nothing to do with her bone structure, if she has weight issues it could be an issue.

i had a friend that was that big and sometimes they are just called early bloomers...she will grow into them and it wont hurt her, well it might be a little heavy on her back but she can get a great support bra that will help her carry that extra weight right so that she does not creat any major back pain. i was always big as well i was a D size my first year in 7th grade and have been a DD ever since so it just happens she might get even bigger since a ladies growing stops at 21 or so, she might have to look into getting them reduced if they continue to get too big for her body to handle.

I was a DD at the same age and skinny. Normal is different for everyone. However if she is really small then she might need to consider reduction surgery in a few years.

For a normal weight girl No that is not normal, but its not unusual either, their is alot of factors to look at, is she over weight? if she is this will make the bra size increase because of the extra fatty tissue.. Is her family large? if so this could be a inherated feature.

Proper isn't the issue here. She's just very far developed for her age and she may end up needing medical help with her breast size later on (since she may not have finished growing yet). But if she's not "stuffing" well... such is life.

NO A TRIPLE D IS NOT NORMAL FOR A 12 YEAR OLD GIRL BUT I GUESS SHE DEVELOPED MORE THAN MY 48 YEAR OLD MOM WHICH GAVE BIRTH TO 3 KIDS!!!SHE IS ONLY A DD!!!

Probably not normal/average, though kids mature in varying rates. You just blew some 12-year old boy's mind somewhere though.

Some girls are different! i had a friend in high school who was younger than me and had like size h boobs! She was huge! She had them surgically reduced because they hurt her back!
But she may be stuffing her bra!? LOL
