If someone calls your cell from a blocked number how can you trace that call or not

just call your phone company, they have the # even if it is blocked!
if someone is harrasing you, i will recommend you take action immediately.

Not sure if your in Canada or not, if you are then your service provider will not be able to provide you the callers # over the phone in accordance to the Privacy Act as set forth by the Federal Government. However, they can send you the info via mail only and they may charge an administration fee. If this is someone how is harrassing you, you may be ableto get the service provider to change your phone number at no cost. This is usually a one time exception. If it is an emergency issue or a legal matter, e911 service would be equiped to trace the call depending on the situation.

I guess it depends on your brovidor i mean the service is there but most companies doesnt give the service for the PPL, try to call them to see about it .
