Is there anyway to prepare?

I haven't taken theirs but have seen or done the competition's. The first exam will be mathematics and pretty much basic stuff you should already know. I'm not sure you can cram for it but they deal with percentages, addition, etc.

You will also get a personality test and well...not sure you can cram for that. One book I read said answer how you think they want you to and be sure if you lie, you are consistent.

But I think that's poor advice. The test is supposed to gauge whether or not you're a fit for the job and if you're not, you won't be happy there. Plus lying is always a bad way to start a career.

The brokerage industry is difficult and chews up most rookies. You are either right for the job or not.

Be yourself. Be confident but not cocky.
