I have a plant in the Asclepiadaceae family but dont know what it is can anyone help?

I have a plant which is in the same family as a Hindu Rope aka Rope Plant aka Hoyas. It gets the similar "umbrella" like flower cluster, however, instead of being rope like it has very shiney white dappled leaves and it vines. What is its common name???

The common name of ascelpias that I know is milkweed. I hope this helps!!
