Mexico will qualify for the second round if:
a) They win against Portugal
b) They tie against Portugal
c) They lose against Portugal and Angola ties/loses
d) They lose against Portugal by 1 goal, and Angola wins by 1 goal.
So chances for Mexico are very high. Angola has very limited possibilities

Mexico has now 4 points and 2 games played
Portugal 3 points and 1 game
Angola 1 point and 2 games
Iran 0 point and 1 game
Then if Portugal win over Iran has 2 games and 6 points classified already and if Portugal win over Mexico will get 9 points
and Mexico stayed with 4 points with for the result of Angola vs Iran

They probably will go forward. I don't think they'll beat Portugal, but they'll still probably advance unless Angola beats Iran by 4 or 5 goals.
But in the next round they'll have to face either Holland or Argentina, either way it will be another one second round match and out for el tri.

It is dissapointing, but not bad, they are still in good position to advance if they win or tie their last game
