Sign up for executive email. After a while bill gates will send you mail and then you got his email adress.

If he actually gets your mail i'll be surprised.
why not try whg@microsoft.com, billgates@microsoft.com or just wgates@microsoft.com otherwise send him a letter.
If you want money for a charity or something like that contact the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation
