I downloaded Quicktime from here: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html Now when I go to play a trailer on apple.com/trailers, it gives me a quicktime symbol with a question mark over it.

Program won't work with Internet Explorer go to "Tools".."Manage Add-ons...and
"Enable" the program not working.

Make sure you turn your ACTIVE X on. Go to Tools then Internet Options and then Click on Security then custom level. you need to make sure your Active X is turned on or enabled so go down the list and enable all Active X controls.
Then go to to Programs and Manage Add-ons and make sure for Quicktime Object, its enabled. Highlight it and click on ENABLE.

Did you install the software after you had downloaded from the internet? If no, install it and reboot the computer and go to the apple website and watch the trailers.
