I don't usually remember compliments, but one back from high school has always stuck with me for some reason. I was dating the father of my child at the time, and a male friend of mine told me that in mine and my boyfriend's relationship, my boyfriend was getting the better end of the deal. It made me feel special, especially when you're young and impressionable, it's nice to get compliments like that, especially from the opposite sex!!

While I was playin with someone else's child, a mom came over and told me that one day God would bless me with a child of my own and I would make a great mommy...
