It is just a program with some artificial intelligence. It is programmed by any programmers to give random answers trying to scare you. Nothing to worry about.

The Ouija board is a superstitious game and has no more meaning to it than playing Monopoly. You would probably have more fun throwing the dice and moving the little toys around the board and trying to stay off a hotel on Boardwalk.
