My biggest fear is that someone will take and/or hurt my children. I can't really conquer it but I do take every step I can to be an aware and active parent in the effort of preventing it from ever happening.

My only fear is insects, all kinds, flying, crawling, etc. I cannot stand them. We pay for the very best extermination service that comes four times a year and then we also do our own extermination ourselves because I'm so frightened of bugs!! They actually make me nauseous when I see them getting near me, it's terrible.
I don't really know how to try and face my fear. I avoid places like camping trips and picnics because I know bugs will be there in full force. When I find them in my house (dead or alive) I put a bowl over them and wait for my husband to come home and get them out from udner the bowl for me. The exceptionally large ones, I'll put a book on top of the bowl so that they can't topple the bowl over. :o)

mine is or was heights and spiders, i conquered them by doing them. i also have a fear of needles i probably wrestled every nurse in this couny just for trying to poke my finger but im better with it than i use to be. im still working on it. the only way to conquer your fears are to face them, a little at a time and soon they will be a fear of the past

Self-Destruction. I've come to the conclusion that conquering oneself is impossible because a corruptible self is at least better than a self destroyed.

Rodents of any description. It's too extreme to attempt to conquer at this point in time, I can't even watch Tom & Jerry....

Fear of failure followed closely by spiders. I avoid facing my fear of failure by avoiding anything that I think I might not be good at. As for the spiders, I can actually get close enough to one now to kill it. Still don't like to touch pix of them, though.

Snakes, spiders and heights are my biggest fears. I don't think I can ever overcome them!!

Mine is being alone. Its hard but i have tired to conquer it. Its pretty hard to because i have to be alone to do it .
