You are taking in more calories each day than you are burning. Even cutting back a little on your food intake while adding exercise (walking is easy) should help.

Maybe if you'll eat a little bit less an wholesome (vegetables,fruits..no junk food)and practising exercise you'll fell better..Good luck

it could be one of many reasons you could have a medical condition like a thyroid problem if your female you could have PCOS you could have a tape worm you could be lazy - no one will ever know unless you tell them - and you will never know unless you consult a dr
